Growing up in neighboring Haldimand County, Ali Wills has now called Niagara home for the last 20 years where she and her husband Chris are glad to be raising their three children. Ali is an active community member in Welland, regularly volunteering with various community groups. Ali previously followed her entrepreneurial spirit partnering in an independent social services company before finding and falling in love with real estate more than five years ago.

For Ali, the change of scenery that accompanies working in any of Niagara’s unique locations is a bonus to the challenges and reward of finding the perfect home for each client. Chris Wills

A lifelong resident of Southern Niagara, Chris Wills could not imagine being anywhere else to raise his family. Chris comes from a family of carpenters, and from a young age was interested in buildings, architecture, and worked in residential construction. Following his education in Architectural Technology, Chris spent many years as a Project Manager in commercial construction. Chris uses his knowledge and appreciation for construction, to help clients make informed decisions about their homes.

He also enjoys guiding clients to seeing the value and potential in a home, as well as using his knowledge to uncover facets of a house that may otherwise go unnoticed. With his connections in the industry, Chris also continues to provide consultation for builders and homeowners seeking to develop property, improve value, or make their houses feel more like home.

Since 2017, Grant has been working in Real Estate, helping clients buy and sell their homes. Grant’s ability to communicate with his clients comes from an 11 year career as a paramedic. He worked with people, on a daily basis, at challenging times in their lives. Grant enjoys the teaching and informing his clients on the nuances of the Real Estate market. He enjoys first time homebuyers as well as clients looking to find a new home or downsize.
